This is a private reference site, not a government or law-enforcement office. Official McClain County warrant questions belong with the Court Clerk, the sheriff, detention, dispatch, or the municipal court named on a citation. The routes below separate those roles so a call reaches the right desk.

This Is Not a Government Office. The site cannot confirm, recall, clear, or accept payment on a warrant. It cannot arrange a surrender or give legal advice. Use the official contacts below.

McClain District Court Records

The McClain County Court Clerk maintains District Court proceedings and criminal dockets. This is the first office for felony, state misdemeanor, state traffic, probation, cost, and county or Highway Patrol citation questions.

Sheriff, Dispatch, and Detention

The sheriff is the county service, records, and holding route. Dispatch is listed as available 24/7. Detention handles custody and related logistics. Call before travel because the sheriff does not publish a standard non-custodial walk-in schedule or county bond window.

Records Requests

The sheriff’s Records Division prefers a written request and lists mail, in-person, and email routes. The published public or media email is mcsorecords@mcclaincountyok.gov. Ask for a narrow disposition, case event, or record tied to a known court and case number. The listed copy fee is $0.25 per page. No warrant-search or certified-warrant-copy fee was published.

Municipal court access is controlled by the city clerk. Juvenile, sealed, and restricted records can have limits under Oklahoma law.
